From HR Leader to Training Powerhouse

A varied career path through nonprofits (with a slight detour in and out of law school) led me to the world of HR and I found my calling.

My passion? Supporting and spoiling the hardworking employees of organizations that genuinely care. After years of doing Talent Development full-time, I launched Bright Spot Consulting to bring dynamic, engaging employee training to companies worldwide.
